Slovenefest!

All of the Slovenians get together Labor Day weekend to celebrate our heritage. There is always a big picnic on Sunday. It is really a time for everyone from Haughville to get together and talk about the "old days." They have games, food, and of course polkaing. It is a lot of fun!

1st Baseball Game

We decided to go down to Victory Field for Aiden's 1st baseball game. It was really hot at the beginning of the game and Aiden must take after his mom because he hated being hot. Once he had an ICE-E he was much happier and enjoyed the rest of the evening. We even stayed for Sky Concert and watched the fireworks. Keith, Cheryl, and Rylie were at the game as well so we all sat together.

Friends!

We had a draft part over at Kari and Eric's. Emma and Aiden had a great time playing with each other. It is so cute to watch them play!

Lucas Oil

My Dad and I had a chance to visit the new stadium on Season Ticket Holder Day. I have friends that were not going so they let us have their tickets. The Stadium is really cool. We even got to meet Mr. and Mrs. Lucas.

We went with David and Niki to the State Fair. Aiden really enjoyed watching all the people. He also enjoyed the animals! It was beautiful day and we had a lot of fun.

Chillin'

Aiden sat on the couch one afternoon with his drink and just chilled. Jeremy said it was really funny to watch him.

Peek-A-Boo

Aiden likes to play peek-a-boo and one afternoon he decided to use the curtains to hide and play peek-a-boo with me.

I have a twin!

Aiden likes to look at his reflection in the stove. He moves around and watches how the image does everything he does. It is really funny to watch!

Using a Spoon! Sort of...

I have started to let Aiden use a spoon when he eats. He does pretty well and makes a huge mess! After using the spoon, he decided it would just be easier to pick up the bowl and eat straight from it!
