Flying the Kite!

The Easter Bunny brought Aiden a Mickey kite. Luckily Easter day was windy so we took the kite to the backyard to try and fly. Jeremy was able to get the kite flying, but it would lose height very quickly. We found a small hole in the kite that was causing it to lose air so it would not fly for a long period of time. Even though it did not fly for a long time, Aiden still enjoyed watching!

We took our annual Easter picture after Mass on Sunday morning. I was not able to get Aiden to take a picture by himself. He was just a little grouchy after Mass, since the Church had been about 900 degrees. He at least let us take a family picture!

Easter Morning!

The Easter Bunny surprised Aiden with some new art supplies, a Rody horse,a kite, and HOT WHEELS! Aiden was super excited about the Hot Wheels and went right for the garage and cars. He also enjoyed using his new Color Wonder finger-paints and Paint markers. The Rody was a big hit too. He loved everything about bouncing around the house and bounced everywhere he needed to go most of the day. Good Job Easter Bunny!

Coloring Eggs!

We colored eggs tonight! Aiden loved putting the eggs into the different colors, but did not want to let them sit in the dye too long. He just wanted to drop them in and get them out so he could put more in the water. After they were dry, he put some stickers on the eggs. He really enjoyed himself!

Egg Hunt

We had all our friends over for an Easter Egg hunt in the backyard. The kids had a great time looking for eggs and playing in the backyard! It was a great evening with friends and beautiful weather!
