Zoo Fun!

Aiden wanted to go to the Zoo to show Daddy and Grandpa the Cheetahs, so we headed one Sunday afternoon. We had a great time seeing the animals. Aiden was very excited to "Race a Cheetah". He kept looking for the cheetah as he was running. He did not quite understand that the Cheetah would not be right there next to him! It was super cute! Aiden also took some time to cool off at the Zoo Splash area and we went over to the White River Gardens to check out the butterflies. Grandma and Grandpa treated Aiden to a big sucker before heading out!

Moon Dough!

We bought Aiden the Moon Dough Farm! It is very cool stuff. It can be molded and shaped and it never dries out. He had a great time creating animals, hay bales, and fence pieces and then playing with his new farm creations!

Reading to Daddy!

One evening Aiden ran into his room and brought out a book to read to Jeremy. It was very cute! He did an awesome "reading" the story to his Daddy. I just wish I could have gotten the video camera out before he was done!

Trip to Columbus

We took one more one tank getaway before I returned to work to Columbus, IN. It is a great place to visit for an afternoon. We visited KidsCommons. KidsCommons is an interactive children's museum. There were cool exhibits and items to play with. Aiden enjoyed the bubbles and rolling the balls along the ramps. After KidsCommons, we headed over to Zaharakos. Zaharakos is an old fashioned ice cream parlor. We enjoyed a sweet treat and then headed to our last stop, Freedom Field. Freedom Field is an awesome playground. It was huge and had so many different things to offer. Aiden loved the roller slide. It was a great day and a wonderful trip to end summer vacation!
