Pulling Up!

Alex has started to pull himself up on things. He likes to play with his cube and will pull himself up in order to see the top. He is getting so strong!

Playing on the Swingset

We had such great weather in March we had to get the boys outside. We purchased a swing for Alex and went out to play. Alex loved swinging and sliding down the slide. We were all so excited to be outside enjoying our swing set.

Alex is 8 Months Old

Alex is 8 months old! He is such a happy baby! Now that he is moving he is getting into everything! He moves very quickly and loves exploring his surroundings! He has also started pulling himself up on things. It is so exciting to watch him grow and learn! 

Aiden at 8 Months

Teddy Bear Parade

Aiden celebrated Teddy Bear week at school. They were asked to bring a Teddy Bear to school each day and to wrap up the week they had a Teddy Bear Parade. He student made a wagon and invited a special guest to come to the parade and share a special snack. Jeremy and Aiden made the Rocket Wagon. I made a pillow for the wagon and Aiden helped stuff it. Aiden invited Grandpa to join  him for the day.

Playing!

Alex loves to play with his toys. He loves to get into the baskets and pull out everything. I think we are going to have to teach him how to clean up as soon as possible!

Pocket Day

Aiden's class read There's a Wocket in my Pocket in class. In order to be a part of the story the kids were asked to wear as many pockets as they could. Each student then had to put something in one of the pockets to share with the class. I made Aiden this pocket shirt. He picked one of his hot wheel cars to take in his pocket. It was a pretty cool shirt!

Student of the Week Poster

Aiden was the Student of the Week at school. He had to fill in this poster to share with his classmates. He did a great job considering he does not like to color.

Yum! Dog Food

                                  

Now that Alex is crawling he has discovered the dog food. As soon as he saw it he had his hand in ready to explore. We have even found a few pieces in his mouth! I guess he thinks it is Yummy!             

Alex is Crawling!

 

 Alex has started to crawl. He can now get around and get into everything he wants. He of course usually wants Aiden's toys! I am sure that will be a sign of times to come and many disagreements.

Valentine's Day

 

 

 I always like to get the boys something little for Valentine's Day! So this year we got Aiden some candy as well as a dinosaur to go with the few he received for Christmas. He was pretty excited to add another one to his collection and started playing at once. Alex received some stacking cups and his own cell phone since he always wants ours. They were both excited to have some new toys for the day!

Camp Out

 

 

Aiden wanted to have a camp out one evening so we decided to buy a very inexpensive tent and Aiden and Daddy camped out in the living room. Aiden loved it! Alex even had some fun before bed, but we made him sleep in his crib. After our living room camp out we asked Aiden if he would like to camp outside and luckily he said No! This made both Jeremy and I very happy since we both prefer the living room camp outs also!
