Children's Museum

We went to the Haunted House at the Children's Museum. Unfortunately you can not take pictures in the house, but I did get a few shots before. Aiden and Alex dressed up for the trip. After the haunted house we headed to the museum for some family fun.

Sleeping!

Alex is such a good sleeper. He goes right in is crib with very little fuss! I wanted to take a few shots of him sleeping because it is so darn cute!

Three Months Old

Alex is 3 months old. He is getting bigger and more alert each day. We are starting to see him smile more and we have heard a few laughs. He is holding is head up pretty well, so we have been able to get him in the jump-a-roo more and more.

Eating Cereal!

We were told we could start Alex on rice cereal if he was still not sleeping through the night at 3 months, so we did. He actually enjoyed his first eating experience. He ate most of the cereal, but he did not sleep through the night! Oh well, at least he only gets up once during the night!

Pumpkin Patch!

We headed out to Beasley's Orchard this year to get pumpkins. We went during the Apple Fest so there was a lot to do. Aiden loved playing in the corn box and jumping in the hay. We took the hay ride out to the pumpkin patch and Aiden looked and looked for the perfect pumpkin. It was a beautiful day and the 1st time in a long time we all went to find a pumpkin in shorts! Alex pretty much slept the entire time!

Quaker Day Parade

The Quaker Day Parade is held every year in Plainfield. We have been several times and this was a great year. It was a beautiful day for a parade. The weather was a little cool but we had a blast. Aiden enjoyed receiving candy and came home with a bag as full as on Halloween.

Children's Museum

While I was still on maternity leave we headed to the Children's Museum for the day. My mom went with us. We had a great time. The museum was so quiet and not very crowded. Aiden enjoyed checking out the new frog exhibit! It was a nice day!
