Cincinnati Zoo

We took a short trip to Cincinnati for a little family time. Our first stop was the Cincinnati Zoo. The Zoo is beautiful and had a lot of animals to enjoy! Aiden had a great time and even brought home a giraffe. Granted we only brought home a little giraffe and not the 5 foot tall one he really wanted.

Visit with Grandma and Grandpa Whitten

Jeremy's parents were in town for a few days to visit. We went to the Zoo one afternoon and spent some time playing in the backyard. We were very happy to see his parents and Aiden enjoyed playing with his grandparents.

Party Time!

We had Aiden's birthday party the weekend after his birthday. We had family and some close friends over to celebrate Aiden turning 2. Aiden is a HUGE fan of Thomas the Train so we had a Thomas party. Aiden received a lot of Thomas stuff as well as some new blocks and clothes. He enjoyed the party and had a great time playing with his friends!


With all the new trains and track Jeremy decided to see how big a track he could make. Our living room turned into a train station! Pretty cool!!

Happy 2nd Birthday!

Aiden turned 2 today. He is getting so big and learning so many things. He talks and talks more everyday. We hear new words all the time. He knows several of his colors and can even identify a few letters. We had my family over for a little party on his birthday! We had dinner and cake. Jeremy and I gave Aiden his gifts that day so he had something to open. We got him a new easel and lots of cool new books.
